Australia Wide Orders

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post, with an Express Post* service. This service is fully trackable and requires a signature upon delivery.

Domestic orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days* for Metro areas, 1-6 business days* for Country areas. Find your estimated delivery time here.

We offer free shipping for all jewellery orders over $200 AUD. 

We charge $10 AUD flat rate for all parcels under $200 AUD total value.

*These services do not include insurance. Should you require insurance please select this option at checkout.

International Orders

We ship all international orders via Australia Post as a Regular Post service. This service is fully trackable and requires a signature upon delivery.

International orders will be delivered within approximately 7-10 business days*.

We offer free shipping via Regular Post (trackable) for all orders over $200 AUD.

We charge a flat rate of $25 AUD for all parcels under $200 AUD total value.

A full international Express Service option can be purchased for $50 AUD. These orders will be delivered within approx 2-4 business days*.

*Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Note: We can only deliver to PO Boxes in Dubai and United Arab Emirates.  

 

Duties & Taxes

All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. Starseeker has no control over these and will not refund customers any charges incurred.


Starseeker Orders and Tracking

We promise our starseekers that we will ship your order within 24hrs of receipt. Once your order has been filled you will receive an email from us stating your order has been ‘Fulfilled’.

Please remember if you have purchased a One Of A Kind item that requires resizing, you will need to allow 7-10 days for adjustment before the item will be shipped.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking details will be sent to you via email when your order has been posted. Your parcel will be trackable directly via Australia Post.

Starseeker does not accept any responsibility for unforseen delays caused by Australia Post. We will not replace items lost or damaged in transit unless the customer has selected and paid for insurance.

 

 

Authority to Leave

Australia Post now offers the option for customers to provide authority to leave items in a safe location via Safe Drop (eg. in letter box, on doorstep, behind a pot plant on front patio) if no-one is home to sign for the delivery. 

If you would like your delivery left for your collection, please detail this in the notes section when finalising your order.

Starseeker will not accept any responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged by weather unless the customer has selected and paid for insurance.

Unless authority to leave is specified by the customer, all orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Starseeker is not responsible for missing parcels if the incorrect address is provided. So, please ensure all of the details provided are correct before completing your purchase.
