WARRANTY

All manufacturing faults will be repaired at no cost up to 60 days after your purchase.

A manufacturing fault does not include general wear and tear, or any issues a result of improper care.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing fault, please contact me at hello@starseeker.com.

*Please note, if another jeweller undertakes work (such as repair or resizing) on your piece, Starseeker no longer takes responsibility for this item and the warranty will be voided.

RETURNS

Returns at Starseeker are handled with care and compassion on a case by case basis. If you would like to return your Starseeker piece, please ensure you are aware of our terms and conditions below. Once you have had a read of this information, please contact me at hello@starseeker.com and I will be in touch to assist further and provide an authorisation form within 1-2 business days.

Please contact within 24 hours of receiving your piece if you are considering an exchange.

Exchanges for resizing will incur a fee of $50 AUD. You will also be required to pay for your return shipping. However, we will ship back your resized piece free of charge. Please ensure the item is shipped back in new and re-saleable condition within 7 business days from the delivery date on your order.

If you have accidentally damaged a Starseeker piece and you wish to have it repaired, please contact within 90 days of receiving your purchase. If possible, please send photos as this will assist in providing the estimated cost of your repair. You will be required to pay for return shipping. However, we will ship back your repaired piece free of charge.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, refunds, exchanges and store credit are not applicable for change of mind.

For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with tracking and retain your receipt. Starseeker is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a detailed note with your name, email address and invoice number on your authorisation form.
